Our quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015/AS9100D by MCNA and compliant to AS13100. In addition, ITDE is ITAR registered and compliant to DFARS 252.204-7012 & NIST SP 800-171. The quality assurance team assembled by Industrial Tool, Die & Engineering is experienced and focused utilizing 6 Sigma methodologies. To ensure superior quality manufacturing processes ,the ITDE team includes four certified green belts in 6 Sigma practices, a certified Quality Manager, and two Quality Engineers, all part of the team to produce world class results and PPM (Parts Per Million) under 500 and with an on-time delivery rate of 98% for the past 24 months.

ITDE utilizes many different inspection tools to ensure high quality manufacturing, including a 28″ x 40″ x 24″ Coordinate Measuring Machine, a 20″ x 16″ x 12″ Coordinate Measuring Machine, and a 16″ Optical Comparator, along with precision position fixtures and gages used throughout the production process. Net-Inspect™ is utilized for paperless documentation to ensure maximum traceability and process control.
